How Is My Team Score Calculated?

In order to calculate your Team Score, please do the following steps: 

1. Log into your account on the myCigna member website.
2. Find Social > Challenges in the top navigation menu. 
   
3. First of all, click on the View Challenge option. 
   
4. Click on Resources > Challenge details > Read to view the Challenge details. 
   
5. Once the page opens, take a look at the Rules for the challenge you are currently participating in. This will explain how team scores will be calculated during that specific challenge.
   

6. If team scores are calculated using an average, the score will be the total number of steps completed by all team members added together, then this total number is divided by the number of people in the team.

   Teams are ranked based on the average of each member of that team. To see where your team is ranked, click on the "Leaderboard" tab on the Featured Challenge home page.
